SeronForce ("we", "us") provides profit-calculation and inventory-tracking software for online resellers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected] and we will explain it in plain language.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google.
- Business data. Everything you enter into the product: products, supply costs, sale prices, sales, returns, expenses and stores.
- Billing data. Handled entirely by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card number.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and error logs, used to keep the service running and secure.
What we do with it
We use your data to run the service, calculate your figures, enforce your plan limits, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Marketplace connections
If you choose to connect an eBay account, we request read-only permission to retrieve your orders and listings. We store only what is needed to show you your own figures. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings, and we will delete the associated tokens and marketplace records. We honour eBay's account-closure notifications and delete the corresponding data when we receive one.
Where it lives
Your data is stored with Supabase on servers inside the European Union, protected by row-level security so that your rows are readable only by your account. Changes are written to an append-only audit log.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. You can export everything to CSV yourself from inside the product at any time. To delete your account entirely, email [email protected] and we will remove your data within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only — the ones needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.

The service
SeronForce provides profit-calculation and inventory-tracking tools for online resellers, on a subscription basis with Free, Pro and Business tiers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. One person or business per account.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written agreement.
- Attempt to break, probe or overload our systems, or bypass plan limits.
- Use the service to break the law, or to breach the terms of any marketplace you connect.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Paddle, who act as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your data
Your business data is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You can export it at any time. If you close your account, we delete it in line with our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work hard to keep SeronForce running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we will try to do that at quiet hours.
Liability
SeronForce is a tool, not an accountant and not financial advice. Figures depend on the data you enter and on third-party rates and fees. You remain responsible for your own business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give you notice by email before it applies.
Refund Policy

The short version
If SeronForce isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it. No form, no interrogation. One sentence is enough.
The longer version
The Free plan exists precisely so that you can judge the product without paying. Because of that, we ask you to try it before upgrading — but if you paid, used it, and it still wasn't right, the 14-day refund stands on your first payment for a plan.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not automatically refundable, because you have had the service for the whole period. You can cancel any time before a renewal to avoid the next charge, and you will keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
How to request one
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Refunds are processed by Paddle and normally reach your card within 5–10 business days.
Statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this policy does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.
